Managing Partner
Kulwant leads Beyond Strategy as a managing partner, she is a seasoned, award winning lawyer who also holds a Masters in Economics. Kulwant in past has worked in M&A and transaction advisory for some premier law firms.
She specialises in corporate laws, M&A and transaction advisory.

Kulwant is a recipient of Top 100 Legal Falcons Award. She holds a LLB degree from Osmania University, a PG Certificate in Transactions Advisory and is also a certified POSH trainer.
Kulwant is passionate about the whole startup and private equity ecosystem and sits on boards of few startups in advisory role.
She is also a fitness enthusiast with a trainers certification in yoga and a blue belt in Kung Fu.
